An open discussion with classroom activities and shared information about confidence & mindset in dancers. This is a great opportunity to build a strategy to be mentally confident and strong. as an athlete/dancer. Dancers will learn about open and fixed mindsets and how to recognize ways to build their self-confidence and become stronger mentally and emotionally.

DANCERS SHOULD WEAR yoga/dance style pants, fitted tee or dance top, tan gore shoes, hair out of face—- If you are enrolled in one other class, Mind Set for Dancers is $16.00 per month—-If a single student is enrolled in TWO dance shoppe classes Mindset for Dancers is FREE.
