Classes thru April, the first week of May—-Stage rehearsal May 8th, Recital May 9th——Attendance is soooo important :) —- We will have REGULAR CLASSES on May 4th thru 7th—-BE SURE YOU KNOW YOUR STAGE REHEARSAL TIME—-BE ON TIME READY TO DANCE—-BRING PROPER DANCE SHOES for your class.
COSTUME INFORMATION —- READ CAREFULLY—-Pay attention to the details. If you have questions PLEASE ask :) ALL COSTUME FEES, TUITION and RECITAL FEES MUST BE PAID IN FULL —— PAST DUE FEES that I need to collect will INCLUDE LATE FEES. Non Payment will be referred to ON TIME COLLECTIONS
REHEARSAL INFORMATION—-THIS IS A MUST ATTEND practice—-we have ONE SHOT on the stage and it is IMPORTANT for your dancer and classmates to be there
There is a tuition fee for MAY—-due to scheduling at the Jr High we are into May with classes and rehearsals one full week—-please divide your monthly tuition by 4 and pay that amount (example tuition is $40 your May tuition is $10) THIS WEEK IN MAY IS NOT COVERED BY SEMESTER PAYMENTS—-THANK YOU.
COMMUNICATION IS KEY!!! ATTENDANCE IS VERY IMPORTANT FOR DANCER AND FOR THOSE IN THE CLASS—-PLEASE DO NOT MISS!!
RECITAL DAY INFORMATION
There are THREE recital sessions—-divided for ease of seating, no need to arrive extra early, no need to save seats. Dancers should report backstage in the band room area for pre school and elementary classes or locker room for all Monday classes 30 minutes before start time. Recitals will begin on time. BE ON TIME!!!
We have high school dancers helping backstage so parents can watch—-the only exception is the WED 4:30 GUYS ON THE GO—-they sit with parents, then come back 3 numbers before their number to line up and perform entering through the BAND/MUSIC ROOM DOOR. Moms it is helpful when there is a full costume change if you take turns going back to assist if your child needs help. OLDER DANCERS WILL HAVE A COUPLE VERY QUICK CHANGES—-BE ALERT!!!
Students should MARK ALL SHOES, COSTUMES, etc. with their names—-BRING IN A BAG. PLEASE be sure dancers use the restroom before they arrive and ask before recital begins.—-Dancers arrive 30minutes before, RECITAL begins at the start time. Being on time is VERY IMPORTANT—-less stress for you and those backstage :) It is helpful to have a small non-messy snack and a water bottle. We anticipate each recital will be 75-80 minutes long. PLEASE clear out after your session, be sure to PICK UP ALL BELONGINGS.
